I know you have a lot of experience with guns and I need your help . Please make some suggestions about some good sites where I can buy a gun at a good price . My first option is a Beretta 92 fs ,but I am allso open to your suggestions .It has to be a 9 mm , 40mm or 45 something like that .

Thank you very much !

If you don't sharpen your axe from time to time, you will soon be chopping with a hammer. JYD #81

Shipping to Romania? The rules for shipping locally are pretty strict so I'm not sure any U.S. gun store will be happy shipping internationally.

I don't know the US gun laws but I'm sure that they are more permisive compared to our laws . I can buy a gun only because I'm a police Officer , otherwise is not posible for a Romanian citizen to buy a gun .

Once you find a FFL (licenced gun seller) with an export licence, you have a lot of paperwork ahead of you. This from the ATF.

To export firearms other than sporting
shotguns or ammunition for firearms other
than sporting shotguns, the FFL from whom
you purchase the firearm/ammunition must be
registered with the Department of State, Office
of Defense Trade Controls (ODTC). The FFL
must obtain an export license from the ODTC
prior to exportation.

❖ The State Department recommends that
you provide the FFL with a letter from your
embassy on embassy letterhead explaining
why you want to export the firearm/
ammunition. You also should provide an
import authorization issued by the competent
Government office in your country.

I am a big fan of my Springfield XD in .45 acp
And would recommend any of the XDs in 9mm, .40 s&w, or ,45 acp.

I would check out the CZ line of firearms made in the Czech Republic. They make some fine pistols and rifles.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if you don't take it out and use it, it's going to rust.

And then go on for a bit longer.

The biggest issue is what the rules in Romania allow. That why I suggested what I did. Czech is nearly driving distance <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
