Anyone else just like blades with Res C? The RMD was the first good knife I ever bought 2 years ago. Sold it stupidly moons ago and just got a new one and...it's just not the same as I remember. I pick it up and start looking for my S5! I've bought and sold a few non res c blades recently...buy them, use them and they just aren't as comfortable to use! When I saw the WD, I was like "A Res C slicer- adios Vex!" It'sbad enough I'm a knifeaholic...now I'm a rec caholic too?? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I wish my BWM & SARQ had Res-C handles.It may not be pretty,but it sure is comfy.More color options would help with the aesthetics.
But SYKCO knives aren't built to be looked at.
Orange or red Res-C would be nice if perchance you dropped your knife in the woods or while hopping over a stream.

Res-C is great for chopping.
Its so comfortable and it absorbs a lot of the shock too.

I've kinda been the opposite way, slowly sold off my Res-C's and kept my Micarta Rats ! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> I'd never part with my Chopweiler,Ratmandu or Swamp Warden ! I keep crossing my fingers that Dan makes a model with Micarta grips ! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />

I think on the scales deal it would be more expensive than Res-C based on time to finish it out once on a knife maybe. Not sure.
