Can anyone point me in the direction of some more info on the vex? Seems hard to dig up solid info on it.

Congrats!

Saw you're bailing on the battle rat- doesn't do it for you?

Well I can't really afford to have safe queens, and if I have a dogfather I doubt the battle rat is going to get a lot of use. I actually like the battle rat more than I like the m9 (which I also bailed on just recently) and I'm not really a collector so much as in the mindset that if I'm not going to use it, somebody who will should have it (or somebody who will at least value it as a collectible). I'm keeping a few short bladed knives (a couple wardens, a HRLM, and a WD), 2-3 middle bladed knives (coupla ratmandus), and 2-3 larger bladed knives of which 2 are my regulators so I see no need for redundancy in the knives.

That being said I actually really REALLY liked the battle rat but I had a feeling it was just standing in until I could get my mitts on a dogfather

In my humble opinion, res c feels sooo much better in the hand for big knife than micarta or G10 do.

I'll post up some pics when I get mine

There are a few knives I'd never part with too, and hopefully I'll add the dogfather to that list. I'd love a dogfather LE but they're just too dang pricy for something I'm just going to beat the tar out of.

Think I just scored a double cut dumpster mutt too.

I am INSANELY excited about that one, it was the very first knife I saw of all the bussekin knives that made me drool. I even emailed renee telling her I wanted to buy one...LOL.

Oh the addiction is strong in this one!

I really like my DMDC it was what made me fall in love with SYKCO then I found out I couldn't purchase one off the site.

Good thing I kept coming back and got some great knives from the factory. And got some great knives from the Exchange (for only a tad more)

I'm the same exact way...it's the very first SY knife I was like "I have to have that!" and found out disappointingly that I couldn't just order it like some other knife company lol.
