it is not uncommon for them to have similar blades out at the same time or very close together

Dan could lead the Pack with a 10" bladed Reg/Deregulator!!!

Looking at the trends with the Busse-kin knives and how when one of the companies brings out a knife the others follow with a similar model...I'm still expecting a Scrapyard version of the Busse SarsQuatch, I'm now thinking this could have one of the reulator handles ! ScrapSquatch ?
What d'ya think ? I love the blade profile on the SarsQuatch, but I'd like to see it at 1/4" thick

The Tank Buster is around that length and it's 1/4" thick
I think Dan will pull thru and give us a big bad boy

The TankBuster is a seriously stout knife - I have one!
What would you think of either a 10" bladed Regulator/DeRegulator, or a 3/16" thick DogFather?

Since I'm very new to all things Busse I had to google it. I don't really care for the spine profile (reminds me too much of a SOG Seal) . I wouldn't be overly interested in a 10" Reg/DeReg. The clip point blade isn't my favorite profile either. I would definitely buy a 3/16" thick DF, but would be more interested in a Reg thickness (.333) DogFather .

The TankBuster sounded very interesting. Since I'm very new to all things Busse I had to google it. I don't really care for the spine profile (reminds me too much of a SOG Seal) I know the profile looks quirky...but it is actually very useful in application. It provides 2 different "choke" points to get up close and personal for detail work, and feels fantastic in hand. However, I don't like the look of the profile...turns me off, so I sold mine I'd love to see a ResC handled BWM style blade....nice and thin, maybe a bit longer for some good bush whackin!

I can't afford the BWM, but if Dan could make his version with a Res-C handle for less $$ then bring it! I love my Regulator but I need a Big Scrap Choppin Blade

What d'ya think ? I would like that but with the De-Regulator handle. I LOVE my Sarsquatch and would not want a top guard interfering with my ability to choke up on the blade. -Stan
