CO, have you tried a dual sport motorcycle?
I've been seeing some on craigslist in my area. If I get rid of my rig, I may pick one up to cruise on the Rez, since they can be licensed to be street legall
You still here Saint? Dual sport? Sounds interesting. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Actually one of my other bikes is a KLR650 that I just did the 685 Stage II work to. Love it as well, however I realize how much of a heavy pig it is off road after playing with the new 250 tonight.

Things are going well. My meeting for tomorrow was rescheduled for next Friday. I am going golfing tomorrow. I SUCK at golf. But, I'm going with my cousins, That'll be fun.

I like the Suzuki RMZ 400 for a dual sport. Got tons of highway power but still light enough to be nimble.

I don't have a motorcycle license though. I may try and take the test so when I eventually get one I can ride it right away. If I get rid of my Truck and get a car, it will be a while until I can get a off-road worthy rig.

I do agree, however if you want to do any serious long range cruising you need a little more oomph. I have plans of eventually doing some longer cruises on mixed surfaces.
