Yeah I hear you. I remember my first supervisor job in the Military. The boss had to finally tell me that I needed to Delegate and then depend on those under me to "get the job done", but to remember to make sure it was done CORRECTLY and SAFELY!

Its just differnt. I have been doing the job for nearly 20 years. Hardest part is keeping my mouth shut and letting them do it and just supporting them.

Yup, I hear you on that part. A lot of the time, it's easier (mainly cause we're used to it?) to do it ourselves.

No, I woke up on my own this time. We worked until almost dark last night, then came in for some crock-pot Italian beef sandwiches. Sherrie suggested that we just kick back and watch a few Sherlock Holmes episodes (DVD) - I made it through only one! I was so "pooped" that I went down hard and fast - slept like a rock!
