Working a shovel will definitely earn you a Bud in my book! Sounds like a well deserved beer, here's to ya!

I spent my day running between meetings and getting no real work done except the few acknowledgments I made via blackberry. Pathetic...so, I'm drinking the hard stuff to make myself feel better about my lack of productivity

What type of licensing is required in Canada? Is it simply a registration system, or is it a much more involved task?

I'm sitting here, sipping on a Colorado Bulldog.

1 measure vodka
1 measure kahlua
fill the difference with half and half
splash of coke.

stir or shake, enjoy.

How is everyone tonight?

Ishi, seems you and I had the same thing in mind! What's on the dockett tonight?

Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) allows us to buy sporting, hunting rifles, shotguns and ammo. These firearms can be carried on crown land at anytime. Obviously you can't walk around town with them.
Restricted Possession and Acquisition License (RPAL) for handguns and 'black' rifles. restricted firearms can ONLY be fired at a shooting range.
And then you have to register EVERY firearm you buy or inherit or acquire. It's a lot of effort, time and money.

sounds like a pain in the foot. enough to make my dogs hurt. It's legislation like that that makes me glad I live in a Liberal state. and you will never catch me dead in the Republik of Kalifornia (no offense to any californians). The gun laws are just ridiculous.

Hi Caca...I'm a HUGE fan of the Caucasian. I think they're awfully addictive, so I try to avoid them now hehe...man, I used to could down some Vodka back in the college days. I can make a hell of a Caucasian. Had a few friends that liked to transition to the Col-Bulldog, but I never took that path. Very similar though, overall.

What type of vodka are you using? Have you ever tried the Starbucks coffee liquor...that stuff is darn good! There's a local Central Texas Vodka that I'm a fan of, made in Dripping Springs: Tito's. Good stuff.

I'll have to see if I can't get ahold of some of that Tito's, sounds good. I"m actually just using SKOL, regular cheap skol. It mixes well, plus it's economical, and when I'm spending all my monies on knives, I gotta drink cheap, lol. I have this cheap coffee liquer called Kamora. Not chocolaty like Kahlua is, but it pulls off the drink, if not quite as sweet. They are addictive, no doubt. It's almost like drinking ice cream with booze in it.

ST, I'm going great, getting better with every sip too. Gotta go take out the trash though, kind of a buzzkill.
