Lunch post. I hate school food--------MRE's are very tasty compared to school lunch.

I must have just missed the morning rush, it's awful quiet in here. eerie, even Get's like that sometimes - I'm diving in and out when I get quick breaks.

Well, I would rather have chow hall or Lunch hall than an MRE anyday, but I have had to survive on them for several days straight, and most of basic. Plus, somehow I always wound up getting the omelette MREs. nothing more disgusting than freeze dried egg beaters and soggy red peppers... UGH.

Got my DFLE back from Horn Dog super sharpened and my DF came back in from the Yard (BTW - I know everyone knows this but Renee is just amazing on the service front). Always good to lie them side by side. There is a 4 ounce difference in weight. ![[Linked Image from i789.photobucket.com]](http://i789.photobucket.com/albums/yy174/seattleduke/dddf2.jpg) Not sure which one is my favorite....

You can see how the grind affects the thickness at the spine near the tip of the blade.

Those are really informative pics tag. I honestly didn't know that grind style effected the width at the tip like that.

Evening Fellas! What're we kicking back with tonight?
I'm just munching on some Chile verde, Homemade, with some tortillas, and a Tall Colorado Bulldog to sip.
