I remember when I was trying to figure out what double cut ment.Drove me crazy.Just say double bead blasted,no cutting involved there.

I'm tired. Only got about 4 hours sleep yesterday and MAYBE 5 1/2 the day before. Think I'll turn out the lights, shut off the phone ringer, lock the front door and put out a do not disturb sign!

bead blasting with two different size media. It will give a slightly different color/texture to the finish.
