It's a wonder the Rottie didn't take it's head clean off.

I'm just hoping that no permanent damage was done, as the cat is our most affectionate one and my little buddy! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />

Hopefully the tought skin and the fur will have prevented any major damage. And HOPEFULLY the cat learned something as well.

I sent all my busse/kin blades to Nate for some sharpening. So, all I have here is an AK and a Battle Rat. BUT, I have used some knives that normally don't get used. Like my full size Benchmade Nim in M2. It's a great blade.
Not a busse, but great in it's own right. I actually like M2 for non-hard-use knives. Although M2 is tougher than most steels when the heat treat is right. I hit a little cement today (I think) with the edge of my Nim and had NO damage that I can see. Waiting to get one back from Nate as well. Looking forward to it.

Easy to work with too.

The wind storm that we had the other day blew over my neighbors tree. Pulled out the roots and all. I got permission to try out my choppers out there. Too bad my KZ is with Nate right now. I still have the AK and Battle Rat though. That should be fun.

Yes, I sent a HG55 to him for a make over. I still want to send Vic something. I got a S6 last week in a trade that Vic originally owned and convexed---talk about sharp! I am stoked. I would like to eventually get me a small 3rd world grind shop going and since the summer is coming up the back porch might be a good place to do it.

Reloading and a third world grind shop would be awesome!
