Nice score tag! I've been looking there a lot. I like the 'Blody BM'. I like that one too but can't afford it. I would change those handles and get black handles with a yellow liner - like the one that went at KC.

Hey! Thanks Sethro. Been gone too long. Gave my Muk away, but it was to my cousin who's a chef and appreciates fine steel. For his wedding last week I bought him a chef's knife he put on his registry. He thought nobody would buy it because it was 100 bucks. I asked him if he forgot he invited me to the wedding.

Too true. The last 3 years have put paid to any retirement funds...I guess I'm going to have to work until I drop. No bad thing. My dad is 76 and still working. He hates it but it keeps him mentally fit and healthy.
