Hey Joe. Thanks for the advise last night about photo software. My stepson said the BB has elements 8 on sale for $69.00. We will probably pick up a copy for the wife's computer so she can get started back with her pictures again. Sounds like a good deal. She should be able to do everything she wants with that software. I need to invest in a nicer still camera myself. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" />

The stepson (granddaughters daddy) works for the U P railroad. He gets "points" on a card (that's how we shared the price of her DSLR for Christmas) and he said he would send us the card to use. Works out really nice for us!

i got a nikon D60. takes really nice shots, has many lenses to choose from, and is pretty affordable.

I was looking at Nikon for a while, but I'm sure I'll have to do more research by the time I've got the money. Nikon or Canon, I don't think you could go wrong either way. And that IS a beautiful shot, bro. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
