Yes Tag. He picked me up this morning and was very apologetic. He dropped me at the job and was back shortly with a handful of cash. He didn't pay up to date BUT did say that he would by the end of the week. I'm VERY happy. He seems to have paid me for a lot of drive time that I wasn't expecting. It all worked out.

Work has been busy - that's why I haven't been around much. They cut some more people from the agency and I had to pick up some of the work. Unfortunately they also asked me to take a 15% pay cut to the end of the year.

If we hit target (which is pretty achievable) we get the money paid back as a bonus and get re-instated to previous salary levels.

So....I've been making sure we stand a decent chance of getting to target.
