I sent my HG55 to Nate, Norcal Blacktail, a while back. Should be getting it soon. It should be a lot different when I get it back, Sure looking forward to it.

I need to get a few sheaths for a few blades. Kydex and leather. Sheaths will brake a person as much as steel does.

Yeah, sheaths CAN be expensive. The cheap ones can work for a while but tend to fall apart when you really need them.

The HG55 is getting a makeover. Convex, re-profiled, refinished, new scales, so I am holding off on a sheath until I see what it looks like. Some knives beg to be in leather.

Don't get me wrong, I LIKE kydex. But my fav remains leather! Guess that's because used to that's all sheaths were made of.

I have not heard anything from Andy or Architect. Last I heard over in the Swamp someone had heard from Andy that he had been busy, work, etc.
