Stopped at a lake to watch a cow moose and her calf on the shore with a beaver swimming between us. My best stalk ever was while on vacation back in '86. Did a 100 yard stalk onto a cow and calf moose, got so close she sent the calf running when the shutter clicked on my slr camera. Took about 10 photos,

I gotta admit that I was pretty bummed that I couldn't go to blade. Just showing up probably wasn't the best plan but I couldve used the trip.
