just went to have a little chat with the guy. he's riding out to PA for some fun. why? cuz NJ thinks ATV's are evil and outlawed them.
we suck! Yeah, makes me appreciate the areas up here. We have a little dirt bike fun ride track in an old gravel pit. The highway yard foreman knows about it and his stance is "have fun and enjoy it, we won't mess it up"

Chris I do have an idea of WHAT you are talking about, just would lack the ability to do anything about it IF someone gave me all the parts! BTW is this the bike that they lost the head(s) cylinder(s) for a while back?

I filed a complaint and at least received my postage back. Was the better part of a hundred $$$ so no small thing there. I am happy!
