Hello all. Thank you for all the prayers, smoke and thoughts that were sent today. We have been hit hard, and I had a heck of a day to be honest. My brother and I left my house at 6 this morning to make a 30 min drive that took us an hour. Right before we get to where we were going his truck dies, a bad altenator so we walk the next few blocks in the cold rain, and the rain was still going back. After realizing we were not going to get another altenator in this small town since there is no parts houses and the only mechanic in town said it would be late tonight or early tomorrow we decided to call our uncle. Uncle brought a battery and we made it to my parents house--took a long while as the area we were in had the worst flooding in the state, and many roads were closed or no way to go but a different route. Interesting day for sure.

I am hoping this last round we are having move through is it. A lot of water for sure. Noah comes to mind right at the moment.

Stevo, how are you guys fairing? Have fun at the lake?

Here is a link to a story from today. This girl was trying to help a lady in a stalled car, and she was swept down. This girl survived for over 2 hrs in this mess.

I have lived in OK for over 35 years and this is the worst I have ever seen it. A local lake to whee the girl video was taken raised its level over 10 feet in less than an hour and half. A lot fo places will be condemned, a lot of totaled cars, but no loss of life as of right now.
