My tv was mostly on in the background. I usally had headphones on or music up loud for most of the time. My tv actually hasn't been hooked up for months for the exact reason you pointed out. Nothing is ever on.

One of the owners where I worked was a gun dealer. Every now and then on slow days I would swipe his catalogs and flip through them if I wasn't surfing.

Funny that the sheriffs dept would block the gun sites..

I can't stand it being really quiet. I like something going in the background. Music, tv or whatever, but something. At work we have the tv on, usually on a news channel

I always wanted to get stuff through him but he tended to be a _____ pretty often. He just really would rather not help you so I would rather not deal with him. It all worked out as far as I'm concerned.

yeah, if he was like that then better to keep work seperate from personal business

that's how I took it everytime I asked him about a purchase. He just seemed like I was no the person he wanted to deal with. We could talk guns for a while but not I it started sounding like a favor.

I'll say this... I have a dealer that I've been really happy with. He will get ad much of my business as I can afford to give. Seems he's been a straight shooter since day one.
