Sprints in today's heat? No thanks! I finished my outside work by 9 am, then piddled around inside (and took a nap LOL)

Now that's not fair. I got home after a 10 hr day and my wife woke me up at the computer saying "hey dude, dinner's ready"...ROFL. So...i mixed some wicky with some diet coke for some caffeine pull. Running strong now!

What kind of whiskey do you like? I'm a Makers Mark guy myself, just splashed over a few ice cubes

Not that it matters what I drink. I've been working on this fifth for about six months LOL

rth...if it takes you 6 months to finish a fifth....i'm wonderin if I have a "problem". Mine don't last a month...not even close.
I actually love MM. However, lately I've just been trying different small batch bourbons. Not sure why...don't really research them, just pick them up and give them a shot. Haven't really had anything I wouldn't drink...yet. Hmmm, wonder if that means something? hehe.

I just keep it to have a sip now and then, actually more of a beer drinker, especially in the summertime.

In our neck of the woods, we tend to drink a lot of "home made" liquor as well. I love a good peach brandy.

Sounds intriguing. Flashback...used to make the lolitas some "fuzzy navels" with the peach schnapps...they loved'em. Ahhh, the good ole days.

Peach brandy is just home made moonshine using peaches instead of corn. Within 5 miles of my house there are probably a dozen stills, if you know where to look LOL

We have a little town called Fredericksburg west / sw of Austin. They grow a buttload of peaches out there....wonder if I can find some folks with a still?

It'll put you on your butt quick. Have to be careful now though. People making shine now will run it through car radiators instead of copper coils. Radiators have lead in them. Very bad to drink that stuff
