Can you actually have group therapy without beer?

Just wondering

Dan

You can but it is not as effective or as well tolerated. That's why I don't miss any of my scheduled therapy sessions in the Yard. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/loopy.gif" alt="" />

Time for a can of therapy and a big knife.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

There are MANY sections on BF I DON'T touch.....just for such reasons. This is the closet I felt to a Brotherhood since I left the MIlitary and don't for 1 moment want to see it belittled by pompous elitist who think their chit don't stink and can talk down to ANYONE else!

Everyone here is a great person and I wish you were all in my group therapy meetings on wednesday nights!

I thought Beer was group therapy. You mean I've had it wrong all these years.
I post on BF rarely. And then I stick to the spyderco forum. I am mainly at the Spyderco factory forum (A lot less trolls and flaming) and the JD (bunch of crazy drunken knife freaks) I really like the culture of the yard. It has the whole mutual respect thing going. Even with the resale issue thats popped up nothing has gotten to the point of stupidity, every thing has remained cordial.

It is getting to and from Therapy with the beer that poses a problem....I don't think the cops would understand!

..Our lives are filled with so much negative crap these days, from junk mail to obnoxious car commercials on the radio, to mindless hyperactive TV assaults on the mind, spirit, and senses. When I retired, I decided that life is getting short, no time to seek anything but the good. Why should I deliberately subject myself to rudeness and foolishness?

To my Christian brothers, I say happy Easter! To my heathen ones, we have already celebrated Ostara in grand fashion. God bless the yard. God bless all of you.
Yep you got that right!!

Life IS too Short!

i had this rant typed up.. then deleted it.. it doesn't matter.
Life is short, work sucks, then you die.

In between.. i just try to enjoy the time i have with my family.. the hobbies that give me happiness.. and stuff.

Cheers!!!

I rarely post on BF, if I do its in the Axe, tomahawk or Wilderness Survival forum. I do go to find reviews and check out products sometimes but I see a lot of junk like all of you have said.

I definitely feel the love of the yard, and even though I'm a newcomer I feel like I'm part of a big yard family because all you guys have been so cool and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming here for awhile.

TBB, you are a welcome addition to the yard. I broke my recurve last year. I guess I need to get another one soon. My girls have bows and love to shoot them in the back yard. When I was a yoot, I killed a dove with a 35 lb fiberglass long bow. No, he wasn't in flight. I waited under his roosting tree and nailed him at sunset.

I was about to elevate you to Chuck Norris status H-D! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

I'm thinking "I can barely take down dove with #8 shot in a 12 gauge and he's doing it with a bow!" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Last time I shot at one with a 12 ga, I missed! No Chuck Norris here!

If Chuck Norris hunted doves they would fall from the sky with heart failure when they realized who he was.

I see BF like going to the mall. Some people I don't like actually hang out there but when I meet my friends there it is because we are there with a purpose.
I go because of the obscure little communitys like throwing and spyderco and the axe and tomohawk forums. There is even a place for us canadians. I rarly find anything interesting on the main page. Sword Forum is FULL of ninhoto snobs but the european section is really cool. European antiques are very undervalued right now and would make a great investment. Jap swords are the oppisite they are priced at 10 times what they should be.
