Shoot, we even carried sheath knives when I was in high school. Teacher asked if you had a knife, it wasn't because you were in trouble, it was because he wanted to borrow it.

rth, I guess I have between 120-130 now. Case, Gerber, Benchmade, SOG, Emerson and a few other brands, Oh Yeah, and some SCRAPYARD knives and one Swamp Rat.

I also have 2 Crawford Ti Sharks, and some other hand made knives. Even have a forged STAINLESS fixed blade by a Shuan McWillams, called the Panama fighter.

I didn't take them to school but when I got home it was straight to my room to get it before I was out playing.
Even as a kid a folder was a handy thing to have.
Even packed a lighter or matches back then.

I hear ya Jonsey, Bought my first knife in the 3rd grade.

Plus 4 Scrap Yards, couple ESEE's and some Kershaw and SOG stuff

Oh, and my first switch blade in the 7th! Carried a picket to knife ever since I got my first one. IF we lost it, it was just until either the end of class or school that day and then the teacher told us NOT to be playing with it again in school, BUT if we were using it for something that was OK.
