Argghh! I hate it when I can't sleep! Tried to lay back down, only slept about 4 hours this morning, couldn't nap any and now it's time fo find some chow and start getting ready for another 12 hour shift.

Have you ever heard of Qdoba? It's almost exactly like Chipotle, the layout is the same, the burritos are the same size, the freaking artwork on the walls is the same, lol. Not exactly, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit if both companies are owned by the same corporation. Qdoba has a few different things that Chipotle doesn't, for example Queso Sauce (which is fantastic), and thier specialty BBQ sauce. They offer fajitas and guac like Chipotle does. IMHO Qdoba is a bit more flavorful, and unlike the Chipotles in my town, when you ask for extra sour cream and cheese, you GET extra sour cream and cheese, and if you're lucky an extra tortilla to hold it all together, lol. I've eaten off of one of thier burritos for 2 days before.
