Oh yeah. She makes her own tortilla chips too. Cuts up tortillas and fries them, the sprinkle a little sea salt while they're still hot. Yum!

I spent a little time in northern NM about 20 yrs ago. I loved the weather there and would like to head back some time.

The Springfields interest me quite a bit, but I've been taken by Glock here lately. Was a STRONG Sig Sauer fan, couldn't stand Glocks, then I shot one and fell in love. A Glock 19 is now my EDC, while my Sigs sit in the safe

The ganza offerings so far have not piqued my interest. I have a B11, I really have too many versions of the Regulator, might like to have a satin Chopweiller but rather have a coated blade, Gladius is way out of my price range................so I guess I will hold off unless there is something else I have to have.

The chopweiler is Comp finish, its Double cut , the temper line is very nice on the ones I saw at Blade

Sounds like a lot of Dogs are walking away from this one....
