This is a great place for practical use blades. Even for swords, the Zashi is pretty good as far as price/performance. IF I were in the market for a sword, that is.

I don't own a safe queen, the knives I haven't used yet will be used at some point during camping/hunting season. I give or sell the knives I don't like

MB, why haven't you used the TMDSF? It seems like a great all around blade.
I dislocated my middle finger a few months ago and i just got to where I can make a fist. The handle on the DSF is a bit small. I want my hand to be 100% before I make a decision about keeping it or letting it go. I plan on keeping it in mint conditon if I end up hating the grip.

I give or sell the knives I don't like I actually bought my Dereg to give to my daughter's boyfriend. He is in the Marines and was getting ready to deploy to Afganistan. They broke up before the package arrived, so it's his loss a couple ways LOL.

I'll put it in the truck for a truck knife, or use it camping, or something of the sort someday. Either that or sell or trade it.

I own one safe queen. Just because I am afraid to lose it or damage it. It was my Dads Randal Model 14 CDT custom.

Monkey, I can understand something with that much sentimental value being a safe queen. I wouldn't use it either.

I've never handled one, but they look like a great blade. I had thought about letting go my satin, convexed SARsquatch to fund a TM, but the SARsquatch is one of my favorite blades. If I did not have a NMSFNO, the SARsquatch would would see quite a bit more belt time. The TMDSF, seems like it would give the SARsquatch a run for it's money for a light camp knife.
