Safe queens...

As far as Busse's I don't have anymore. I have not really used my Gladius yet, but the AK and KZ have seen a little use.

I own one safe queen. Just because I am afraid to lose it or damage it. It was my Dads Randal Model 14 CDT custom.
I would do the same

It seems like its a great camp knife. but so far the handle just doesn't do it for me. It may have something to do with my finger being the size of a bratwurst when I got the knife. It has potential. I should have a solid idea about keeping it or selling it in a few weeks.

MB, why haven't you used the TMDSF? It seems like a great all around blade.

I dislocated my middle finger a few months ago and i just got to where I can make a fist. The handle on the DSF is a bit small. I want my hand to be 100% before I make a decision about keeping it or letting it go. I plan on keeping it in mint conditon if I end up hating the grip.

The DSF's are insane. I love the TMDSF....and am expecting the DSSF to be great as well. Do you have larger hands? I held the DSF and BJ side/side and figured on keeping the DSF over the BJ due to the small handles on the BJ. DSF is definitely more of a solid all-rounder for camping / survival / bigger mitts.

The chief cause of unhappiness and failure is trading what you want most in life for what you want at the moment.

Kuano, I love your avatar of your son and the Gladius, he looks so serious, like he's about to take on the world!

I don't own a safe queen, the knives I haven't used yet will be used at some point during camping/hunting season.
I give or sell the knives I don't like

I actually bought my Dereg to give to my daughter's boyfriend. He is in the Marines and was getting ready to deploy to Afganistan. They broke up before the package arrived, so it's his loss a couple ways LOL.

Seems like you may have lucked out

Thanks,

Isaac is a fun loving kid, but when it comes to blades and firearms, he's very, very serious. I've taught him well. He's even corrected me when I cut "towards myself".

My last avatar had Isaac holding the AK. That was a cool pic too.

I believe I may have, and I KNOW that she did. Found out later that he has a fiance back home in Kansas.
