There are some killer deals to be had on the exchange right now, I've been looking at some different things over there.

Yeah, I might be slimming down a bunch of stuff in the next while. We may be buying our first house in the next year and I am trying to put a little more in the downpayment fund!

I have picked up a few things lately, we're doing ok right now so it's the time for it. I've been selling a few things I didn't need, so that money has been going to stuff I want.

We bought our place 4 years ago, financed 20 years instead of 30, and I'm so glad we did. Our payments aren't but $65/month higher but 10 years less. Saved us a bundle in the long run.

It really is amazing when you play with the financing. All those extra tiny amounts do nothing but annihilate the principal instead of paying interest like your regular payment!

I like being a mod as I get to contribute, spammer hunting is a chore though.
