I had looked at his stuff at Blade '08 and just wasn't impressed by his grinds. If memory serves me it seemed like a few fixed blades were off center.

T, why yes it is. I've both the lage (regular?) and small one with Titanium handles and ss blades. They are both called the Shark and are older models. Don't even know if he does any of the Ti ones any more or not.

You know, I've never really looked to see if the grind was centered on them or not. Just never really thought about it.

Downside of caring for the place is that at times I have to do things that aren't popular. Ah well, in the long run the Yard benefits from it!

Kind of funny, but I have been getting more peculiar as time goes on. Picking up blades and discarding for small faults. One maker that keeps getting my attention is Eddie White with Shadow Knives. Beautiful work, amazing prices.

You are right Chris. Many times we have to do what's right, even when we may not want to. And YES, in the long run the benefits far outweigh the down side.
