How's the p90 x treatin ya? That first week was brutal, especially since that week I was spending 8 hours each day with a chipping hammer in my hand removing coating from a balcony Ended up working a couple of doubles and then some. Hey Chris, don't feel to bad, Once when I had been on 12 hour evening shifts (1900-0700) for 7 months, 6 days a week I FORGOT to get my hair cut for a while and once while off duty got accused of being in the NAVY! Talk about being insulted. I've been enjoying and hating the diet, I miss junk foods and soda and alcohol but I've been saving a bunch of money and I feel much better

I've been enjoying and hating the diet, I miss junk foods and soda and alcohol but I've been saving a bunch of money and I feel much better i know what youre talking about. i went on a hardcore diet and exercise plan. i went from 240 to 170 in 6 months. i miss junk food...

yeah the nutty thing about working out is i'm eating twice as much food now than when i wasn't working out, yet i've lost 20 lbs
