My dad can have a knife shaving hairs in no time with a whetstone, but I'm horrible with one. Just can't maintain the angle right, never figured out why.

The Edgepro does leave a nice mirror finish on the cutting edge,so does paper wheels and the belt sander. Thought about the paper wheel route, but I really don't have a good place for one right now, so I'm holding off until I build my little workshop
