With his tendencies, I really don't want him to have a knife right now, of any kind. He's gotten violent with me, broke my nose a couple months ago, so I don't want him having any access to weapons. I have to keep my stuff locked up tight just so I don't worry about him getting it

I have bought a safe for my guns and knives, keep my bedroom door locked even when I'm at home in the bed, etc. He's going through a lot of teenage angst right now, his mother abandoned him about 10 years ago and he is still just really really bitter at the whole world.

He's 15, turns 16 next month. He's just so pissed at the entire world he can't stand himself or anyone else. He hates his step-mother, because she expects him to do as he's told. He adores his mom, even though she sees him once or twice a month for an afternoon. ( she lives here in town)
