I don't think I could have done it, days and nights like that. I have a hard enough time like it is.

I didn't like it when I was doing 3 weeks of night shift followed by 3 weeks of day.
Those were only 8 hour days, Mon to Fri

I've worked night shift, off and on, for better than 20 years. Maybe 4 of that was days, but I doubt even that much was. I've always been a night owl, so that helps some.

When I was still in the AF we worked a 6 and 4. 2 days, 2 swings and 2 mids. Actually I liked that schedule Course I did it for like 16 years out of 20, the others were 12 hour shifts!

I worked afternoon shift for 9 to 10 months a year for about 20 years, last 3 1/2 years it has been all days.
I am a natural night owl and I hate day shift

I hate 12 hour shifts, but I like working 7 days out of 14 every two weeks.

Well get a load of THIS schedule. When I first got to Japan we worked 12 hours shifts (all 4 years) but our schedule was 3 12 hour days, 3 12 hours mids and then went on break. Pretty close. Now if MB was here. Don't know how much I am gonna be able to be on here at night at least for a while. We are starting to have someone (deputy) all night and don't know if this is just temporary or permanent.
