I took my wife to Chimney Rock today, just got home a little while ago myself. Just thought I'd poke my head back in and see who was around Back in the early 80s when I was in the M.C.,my roommates & I camped at Bald Mtn. a couple of times. We could see Lure lake from the top of the knob.Beautiful country,I miss it but, I do not miss the humidity! Check out the pic I put on a page or two back!

Hehe,of FOOD! We had corn on the cob, burgers, pork steaks, baked beans, home made cole slaw (I picked the cabbage out of my Dad's garden Friday), Deviled eggs Debbie's oven potatoes from the recipe thread and cake. Oh and a diet coke (gotta watch the calories ya know). <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Oh and fresh as in picked 30 minutes before we ate Tomatoes!
