The nylon sheath from the store looks ok for the DF, at least to have SOMETHING to put it in. It's a start anyway, and it gives me an excuse to get another t-shirt.

Does he have a Mutt sized sheath too? I've looked and didn't see what I was looking for...
No he doesn't. I was just saying I have no pants for it either.
The Ranger I have coming has a Spec Ops Combat Master sheath with it. The RD6 and Mutt are kind of close in size so they will be sharing pants.
I don't mind if I wreck the sleeve for the DF because I will NEVER EVER part with it.

I prefer leather sheaths, but kydex is so much easier to get and take care of. I still don't know what I'm going to get for my SOD or DM. But they're too good to leave in the safe

I'm back. The bbq is out of propane!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
Time to turn the oven on.
I was trying to avoid it cause it's hot today. Oh well.

Dont you just hate it when that happens! Happened to me last week when I grilled burgers, had to finish them off in the old frying pan.

I sure do. I knew it was close but......
Why can't it be timed so that the propane runs out when the food is done?
I need a gauge on there.

I decided next time I'll get it filled before I run out, even if it's still got some in it. I'm not running out in the middle of a cookout again.

Yup! The good ole fashioned Armstrong Gauge.
It's not to accurate but it works.

My big tank for my gas logs, I just take it and top it off every fall, it's a 100 lb tank and it'll do all winter. Mainly for emergency heat anyway, as our power goes out pretty quick if there's any ice. Gotta love living in the South LOL
