Really? I have the S5 and love it for an all-around blade. The WD would be a good general purpose, camp-cooking-cleaning fish type of knife to me. But then again, I EDC a ESEE-4 or a Fallkniven H1 right now too.

I have never been much for the 5-6 inch size. 4 and smaller or 7 and larger. I have been carrying a SR Warden lately and love it. Once school starts again I will be back to carrying a small folder on a deep drop pocket clip. Just easier at school--sure wish we did not have "rules" to live with there LOL.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I do have a lot of freedom here, I carry a G19, ESEE-4, (or FallknivenH1), Kershaw Blur, ESEE Izula and my old slipjoint Uncle Henry apple peeler pretty much every day. I come in and lay anything on my desk that I don't want poking me while I sit here. The sheriff has been known to come in and just shake his head at me LOL

That is good that it is a little slower now. That is a serious group of steel that you are carrying. I hve carried a G19 or G23 for a while and thinking that it might be time to switch to Sig since the pistols fit my hand better and I shoot better with them. I am actually down to my 23, I like the rd but the finger grooves push my fingers together and I don't care for that too much. Oh well.

I have a couple of Sigs, put Hogue fingergroove grips on them all. The double stacks are a little fat with the Hogues on them if you have smaller hands, but the P220 single stack fits well with those grips. I never liked Glocks till I shot one, then I love them. Still think they're ugly, but they do the job and do it well, and I shoot them well.

I have one on my belt and one in each front pocket, plus one in my bag that I carry. I also carry my Sharpmaker and sharpen at night when it's slow.

I picked up a Sig P220 SAO yesterday in a trade and I love it. The SAO translates well to me and the 1911 training I have had. I love the 1911 and always will. I see where I can get a Sig in 9 or 40 with the SAO too. Got to love it. I also picked up a Sig Mosquito today in another trade, it has been shot for a while so I am hoping it is broken in. Will find out when I hit the range tomorrow or tuesday.
