But my Ruger is too heavy to carry in the woods, that's why I got the Mosquito. I really wanted it to work out well, but it just didn't do it.

I have been to Sig forum a couple times. I use to hang out on a lot of different gun boards but have not in a while since I do not care for all the crap that generally goes along with it. We have a board of OK people that got started when some things were going on at the Flocktalk. It was a great site for a long time but after the Obama craze it has grown to the point that I don't feel like listening to all the spew. Then I was on an AR board for a long time but for a long time but got fed up with a lot of the political stuff. Same thing with a FAL and AK site that I used to really enjoy. Oh well, the Yard is the place I love hanging out at because of the people, and the blades.

I messed up and let a Model 41 go a few years back. Had a 5 and 7 inch brl, made in the late 60's. That thing would shoot but got talked out of it. It is a shame that there is not a lighter 22 auto for woods carry. I tried a couple Walthers and ditched them because of the feel and feeding issues. I love the Ruger Single Six and Smith DA revolvers but I want an auto LOL.

LOL, had to reset our AC unit, it kicks off every now and then and you have to climb up in the ceiling and reset it. Plus, had to hit the head right quick.

My FIL has an old High Standard target model that will shoot like a dream. I want it bad, but he won't sell it to me.

AC, got to have that for sure. The sweat rolling would be not a good thing.

He has an aluminum briefcase with about 12-14 High Standards in it. Couldn't fit another on in if you tried. Looks like they're jigsaw puzzle pieces in there.

He's got another briefcase with Colt Woodsmans, and another with S&W Chief Specials. He has been collecting them for 50 years or better.

I'd love to have those three briefcases, or at least a couple from each one LOL.
