Bow drill? ONly once, when I was in the Cub scouts. Couldn't even get any smoke! MAYBE cause my wood was green! We did it traditional, got it to smoke but no fire. After she brought it home I put a notch in it and she (we got) a fire

It was pretty entertaining. I think I spent about 3-4 hrs in all.
Good practice since you can make it all in the bush. No matches required.
That was the whole drive behind it. Architect got in my brain about redundancies in a PSK.

.22 in the head, at 50 yards, still more destructive. it's passing thru bone, and grey matter, not fat. NO love handles, no problems
