That's why I have such a hard time sharpening my blades. I want them done RIGHT NOW and not have to work an edge up.

Even with my Sharpmaker, it still takes time and I don't want to spend that much time sharpening. But I still demand a shaving sharp knife, so what do you do?

I mostly use sandpaper and leather. Of coarse right now I have some big chunks out of the B-11 and wish I had a belt grinder.

I've got to learn that. I have a couple blades that just scream for a convex edge, including one Fallkniven that is convex from the factory. I'd love to keep it that way, cause it cuts like a dream.
