On high art knives they sometimes (in my opinion)look good but I'm not really that into hi art knives (mainly the price!) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I know, I can't afford the high dollar ones either. My wife thinks $40 is a high dollar knife though, if only she knew what was in my gun cabinet LOL

She about had a fit when I spent $25 on a kitchen knife, and she loves it now after using it. She finally admitted I was right for once.

Most I've ever spent on one knife was $195. I've been praying it doesnt' come on my wife's day off work. I really don't want to explain another one to her LOL
