I've lived there pretty much my whole life, I'm within 100 yards of my childhood home. Never known anything else, so it doesn't seem special to me. But I recognize that it is, just for the solitude.

We're only four miles from the Interstate, so we're close to civilization, but far enough out that we don't get bothered by the traffic or lots of crime.

Most mornings, I can watch deer and turkeys in our yard doing their thing. Thats what I love the most, being out where I can see Mother Nature at her finest.
