I hope he makes larger blades in the future. He had a rough time last year, and I'm glad to see things coming together for him!

Yeah he's had some setbacks physically and emotionally. I as well am glad to see he is up and running. I always liked talking to him.

You know, IF you had any spare large blades he could come up with some "Bling" for them I am sure.

The lightest gray is the blade. The tang coming off the pommel will actually need to be thickened with shims of steel since the M7 Bayonet is not as thick as the Regulator.

Wolf really is one of the guys who make the Swamp a good place, and I would like to see him here more often. I'm working on him!

And the final layer of handle will be a para cord wrap.

Ok, I thought that's what you were talking about. You know, IF the flat metal pieces were big enough (top to bottom) you possibly COULD just put holes in them and not have to have any actual holes in the tang. Drill one hole to lay on the top of the tang and one to butt up against the bottom. Just a thought and it may not work at all.

I am trying to do as little actual alteration to the blade/tang as possible. I have been racking my brain to come up with new ideas. But, I don't think a 1/8" hole in the tang will do too much damage.

I just read the stress concentration article on wikipedia. Got the idea of stress risers now. Thanks. Useful stuff.
