Yes that's true and I understand that and have no problem with it. Unfortunately this is pretty much a learn as it happens sort of environment. BUT what he forgot has a state mandated 10 minute time limit to it and he got off at midnight. Fortunately I was informed by a deputy that he did not do what he was supposed and was able to keep him out of trouble but I will let him know about it.
