As much as I like to fish, I don't eat much fish. Salmon is good and trout occasionally. No blue cats here so I can't eat catfish.

Speaking of salmon and trout:

Lox (smoked, raw salmon) and/or trout with garlic bagels, cream cheese, perhaps a slice of onion and some capers also makes a lovely breakfast.
