Haven't used the asym, just sold it before i felt the urge to, the standard fits my needs for a chopper just fine though

talking about big blades.. I couldn't pass on a BM from the store. Turns out I'm loving this one... I didn't jusy connect with the DDF that I had but I'm really liking the BWM. liking the handle a little more than the M9LE even though they are close in size. The M9LE slip out my hand once and I had to go into some throned vines to get it. that sucked big time but the shape of the BWM would reduce chances of that. I have not lost my M9LE out my hands but that would bite to go diving for it in thorns none the less.

I talked to Garth about doing a Asym on mine and he said that I would loose some steel since it would have to be convexed on one side then ground on the other. I decided to just use it then get it convexed when the time comes.
