This one is for an RMD. I have one that I had cut the Kydex wrong so I made one for a Gerber freeman and then I have a scrap I used to make a sheath for a Swamp Warden.

With it being 99 degrees outside, it's a good day to do anything inside! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I'm working in the A/C, that's fine with me today. Off tomorrow and Tuesday, got some fishing to take care of no matter what the temps are. When the water is all about the temp seems to be more tolerable.

Fall is spotty here. Days are ok but the night and morning are cold. Snow is always a possability. Puts a damper on camping. But that does sound nice to me......especially in this heat.

Fall is spotty here. Days are ok but the night and morning are cold. Snow is always a possability. Puts a damper on camping. I suspect our fall is like your summer. Days in the 70's and nights low 50's or so. Yep, and a short fall at that.

Living at altitude has it benefits at times. But you have to like the cool weather. Which suits me just fine. I'd be happy, just have to prepare for the weather. Generator, food stores, firewood, etc. Sounds just fine to me. Plus dressing in layers is easier than just going butt naked.

Those are things I figure everyone should have anyway. I have always prepared for taking care of myself. Got used to being cut of from town during floods and ice storms. It just carried over when I moved to the high country. It just deep snow and cold that cause problems occasionally. What about tornadoes?

Never had a Tornado where I live. 20 miles further East there are a few but its hard for a twister to form because of the mountains.

MB, I could live without any tornadoes. They are cool but I sure don't care for them otherwise. I guess we all learn to live and adapt to where we are at. Now me and earthquakes, I would be in trouble since normal SOP is to find cover LOL.

We've had a few here, but too hilly for them to form up good, we get the baby tornados is about all.
