It shoots quite well from that holster as well. And, its BATF approved.

Thank you sir. The brake is one of the Primary Weapon Systems brake / flash hider combo. Really helps with muzzle rise, and I hear they work great on other calibers as well (ie: 5.56, etc). but LOUD, it is. Wear ear-pro <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

The holster makes a lot of sense for CCW. I am glad the BATF approved it. There for a while it was vague if it was ok to carry.

Sumo - my wife is Russian, which makes my son 1/2. I've been wanting to get him a Soviet AK when I come across one. I may have a local lead (one of the shops is working on getting a whole container of them!). I got him a Mosin Nagant last year. Still waiting for the right AK, though...

The reason it was approved is that it does not conceal or obscure the fact that it is a gun. "Containers" that can be fired from are outlawed - but this holster was approved, luckily. It really makes it print like a wallet. I love it.

I am hoping to get the AKM's out for a pig hunt when the weather settles down a bit. Open weekend of dove I am going down on the OK/TX boarder so a rifle might be accompanying me too since pig are know to e in the area.
