Man I wish the CF BWM had been available when I ordered. It would have saved me a lot of work. I like that Reg LE, too. Fortunately, some of the sharpening challenged have finally dulled some of their Busse kin knives enough for me to sharpen them, or I'd have no knife budget at all! Most are coming out now with pretty good edges on them. Oh how I miss the days of every new Busse a dull one! Below is a picture of the ORIGINAL BWM CF!

That's not a prelude to the Busse "expansion", is it?

Heck, a couple of years ago I stayed busy just sharpening Busse-made knives. And those were all brand new ones. The last few I have purchased came with decent edges. Not super sharp convex edges, but plenty good enough to go out and use. Maybe the expansion was a sharpening shop.

Are the reg LE's the same as the test team? They look the same (full flat grind, I think) Are they the same heat treatment?
