Which is the best? If you had to carry a regular DF or an SOD LE, which would it be?
Go.

Hello? I can't believe no one has an opinion on this. Not even Horndog? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />

You can never carry too many knives: Nice collection you've got there <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Ultimately I probably will. Just looking to prioritize. I don't have another $400-500 to drop on knives at the present <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> maybe in another <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/2weeks.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

In that case, go Dogfather. As one who has gone through the terrible pangs of indecision, I can firmly now say the DF would be my first choice. Simply because it is a classic. I have both and will never part with them. But the Df is bigger. Just sayin'.

The SODLE is nice but if you have a Regulator I'd say go for the DF or better yet DFLE.
