Got one for Xmas. The price seems ridiculous, but as soon as you get the hang of it and taste the ribs, steak, burgers, chicken, pizza, etc, that comes out of it, you dont care what it costs.

Got one for Xmas. The price seems ridiculous, but as soon as you get the hang of it and taste the ribs, steak, burgers, chicken, pizza, etc, that comes out of it, you dont care what it costs. That's what I figured. Maybe I can save up some birthdays, Christmases, father's days, and anniversaries and cash them in for one of these. Congratulations on an excellent Christmas gift!

The BGE does do a heck of a job. My buddy has one and really likes it. I got my Webers right at cost and I'm totally sold on the job they do. I can load my 21" WSM up with fuel and leave it for 6 hours unattended and it will still hold a constant 230* temp for the whole time.
