Wow, nice attitude...

You should try hanging around here a bit and having some fun instead of getting cranky! The knives are a big park of the Yard, but there is more to it than that.

"Dice, he wants it right now. Can't you read man! He's got important stuff to do! If you're rude you can get what you want faster! And all of us are the reason he didn't get his knife! So even though we helped him tonite he don't ever want to talk to us again so just cancel his account!

LOL. Don't let the screen door hit you in the butt on the way out, chaos."

Well Cowboy, I am still here this evening, but not for long( I was just searching posts to see when I missed out again this month). If you cared to use the search button, you'd see that I've been asking about these knives for the last 3 months. It's not a "NOW" thing, it's a whose to say the next 3 months wont bring the same. You should do a little research before popping off at the mouth. As far as getting what I want faster? Where did that come from? I just made the decision not to deal with a company that deals in this manner. I never accused you or anyone else that post here as being the reason i didn't get a knife. Reading comprehension is fundamental, my firend. I have missed out on the knife because I dont live here on the internet. I choose not to wait any longer on a phantom ghost that may or may not appear when I get around to getting on the internet. My choice, being the consumer and all. Important stuff to do? Oh, you mean by actually using a product, insted of chopping twigs and mirrors and putting pics of it on the internet? I guess, you'd be right on that account then.

Dont ever want to talk to you again even though ya'll helped me out?
I think I remember thanking those that helped for their assistance. I no longer need the account as I have no reason to come back here. Thats it.... wasn't an attack or placing blame on anyone here tonight.

And I wont let the door hit me in the butt neither, Thanks for the warning.

Hmmmm..... I suppose I'm the twig and mirror chopper.

I really have nothing to say to someone so elitist. I'm not one to get in arguments on the internet because it doesn't solve anything.

Your welcome for the advice that was given in good faith, and thanks for finding it necessary to badmouth me, for absolutly no reason.

The Dogfather is a chopping knife, hence all of the tree chopping pictures. The Dumpster Mutt is a breaching and prying knife, hence the "minor demolition" pictures that I took for those that are interested - which you obviously aren't, and I really don't care.

FYI, the other knife in the "mirror chopping" pictures is the Ranger RD9.

Best of luck to ya - I don't get my feelings hurt by someone who chooses to trash on people on the internet.

Chaos - If you'd ask one of the guys or myself to pickup one (if we're lucky to get any) up for you I'm sure no one here would mind, even if you didn't take it someone would. If one of my buddies asked to order one for him I would, if I could get more than one. There are plenty of good guys here in the yard. Never hurt to ask someone to cover your back. Another thing, the yard knives are awesome, you'll see if you get one. Take Care,

Chaos: A lot of us have picked up extra blades for people that wouldn't be around for a release. I sure would have if you had asked. Anyways, there's no secret handshakes here, and a lot of guys make 2 or 3 posts here and there (not computer jockies)... I'm sorry that you felt you needed to be so negative. Not that I don't understand your frustration about not being able to get your hands on a knife, but the anticipations is half of the fun for most of us.

Well Mr Chaos, my reading comprehension is a-ok, thanks very much. And why I would spend even 10 seconds searching to see how many times you've posted or visited isn't very relevant either. That you're frustrated is clear by your post.

Whether you intended it or not, your post came across as pretty darn rude. And I made fun of your rudeness in my exaggerated post. If you want to insult me you better expect the same in return, Cowboy. Making fun of how people use the knives we buy with our hard earned money is not the best way to make friends among this diverse group of heavy users, light users, collectors, and just plain fans.

I'm sure you believe you have a higher purpose for the knives than some here and just maybe you do. But that doesn't really matter here. We're just a small community of friends. Everyone here tries to be helpful and all we ask is that you show a little respect. Even if you're frustrated.

Diceman and Kraz sometimes I guy has to blow-off some steam. I'm sure he was just disappointed at not being able to get one of these fine knives, hell I just found out about them a month ago. His post did come off alittle rude, but don't take it to heart. I can feel his pain. This is one of the last places a man can be a man. I hope it doesn't become PC around here. I hope everyone feels welcome. It seems the John Waynes of America are a dying breed. That's what I consider the Yard to be, The Alamo. A place for the last of the breed. You guys are alright. I liked your pictures DiceMan, keep it up. Take Care.

You're welcome bro. The Yard is a great place, I'm glad that most of us are able to enjoy it!

Nah, I just think he is someone who is used to going to the store and grabbing a buck knife off of the shelf. Just didn't seem to understand how things work here or be willing to work with the system. Too bad, but in the end, more knives for us! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
