Now some of you might remember that last time I mentioned that the cuts of meat were "ok" but not what I would normally get. This time around I found a new butcher and he gave me some nice discount on some awesome cuts!!!

So I bought about 6 Kg's of meat(13.2 pounds)for about R300(or $40)which is a very fair price here. Due to the thickness this time around though it will take a little longer before they are dry enough to eat.
I estimate about 4 days <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
